1.How long can we hire for?

Our minimum hire period is 2 days, for example a weekend when we will normally deliver on a Friday and collect on a Monday. Hire can be for as long a period as required but for periods of more than a week we will probably need to include maintenance visits to ensure the plants are kept in top condition.

2.Will we need to water the plants?

During the summer they need watering every day, possibly twice a day to ensure that they do not dry out. During the winter this can be reduced.

3.What are your care instructions?

The plants will require watering, but neither too much nor too little. Water little and often to ensure that the compost is kept moist and is not allowed to dry out, while ensuring that the roots do not become waterlogged.

4.Can the plants be used inside and outside?

Yes. If outside they should be in a position sheltered from the wind to prevent the plants from blowing over. If inside they should not be close to heaters or fires.

5.What are your prices?

8.Can we view the trees before hiring?

You are very welcome to visit us to view the plants. Our hours of business are Monday to Saturday 9 to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please phone first to ensure that we have what you are interested in on site.

9.What experience do you have?

We have many years experience in tending, handling and delivering large trees. We are a division of English Woodlands, a leading specialist tree nursery for over 50 years
